1# About the Role
We are seeking a Brand & Social Media Executive to support the delivery of impactful brand and social marketing initiatives across Thérapie Clinic. This role will work closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager and Senior Social Media Manager to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly across clinics and social platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, creative, and proactive, with a strong understanding of social media trends and brand consistency. They will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, supporting content creation, managing assets, and ensuring brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
3# Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support
Assist in supporting creative briefs and ensure clear communication of requirements to the studio team.
Review and proof creative materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
Ensure all printed and digital assets meet final brand sign-off standards before distribution.
Support the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager with the coordination of clinic participation in national and local campaigns.
Distribute marketing toolkits, merchandising guides, and promotional assets to clinics.
Oversee the delivery of merchandise, signage, and marketing collateral to ensure timely activation.
Events & PR Support
Maintain a central calendar of in-clinic events and assist in preparing best-practice toolkits.
Support planning and coordination of timelines for events and brand activations.
Assist with asset preparation, logistics, and delivery for local events.
Collect and organise post-event materials such as attendance, photography, and feedback.
Support small-scale local events aimed at increasing clinic engagement and brand presence.
Maintain and update press coverage trackers and media clippings archive.
Organise and manage up-to-date media kits, clinic information, treatment listings, and brand assets.
Source testimonials and visuals required for press use.
Manage a library of quotes and share with agencies across regions.
Social Media
Support with creating engaging, trending and viral social media content with a big focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Visit Thérapie Clinic locations to capture content with Therapists, Doctors and other team members.
Edit content using tools such as Canva, Capcut, in-app TikTok and Edits.
Support with social media strategies and content calendars in line with monthly campaigns.
Support weekly and monthly social media reporting, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Drive organic brand awareness, engagement and initiatives to increase social followers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and leverage them to improve campaign performance.
Assist Co-ordinating monthly Before and After photoshoots – model sourcing, photographer booking, etc.
Keep on the pulse of industry news, competitor activities, and platform & market trends to identify opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
Team Support
Support the wider marketing team across brand, social and activation projects as required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials.
Support the brand and social team with PO and invoicing processes.
Monitor and report on competitor campaigns across relevant channels from a brand and social perspective.
Ensure reports are delivered monthly and archived for future use.
4# Qualifications and Skills
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or social media role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
Experience creating and editing content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with an eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling.
Interest in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry (desirable).
Experience supporting events, campaigns, or PR activities (desirable).
