We’re now hiring a People Analytics Partner to strengthen how we use data to support our people and operations. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, actionable insights that underpin workforce planning, people analytics, rostering, and operational performance across our network. You’ll work closely with our People Partners, Clinic Management teams, and Senior Leadership team to ensure our data informs confident, timely decisions.
3# Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and automate operational reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Looker.
- Clean, structure, and interpret large datasets to provide reliable, insight-driven analysis.
- Partner with People Partners and Clinic Managers to forecast staffing and rostering requirements.
- Support the configuration and administration of our HRIS platform (Softworks experience advantageous).
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and data integrity across all reporting processes
4# Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced Excel capability, including dynamic tables, structured references, automation, and macros.
- Strong experience with Power BI for data modelling and visualisation; Looker familiarity beneficial.
- Proven ability to work with large, complex, or incomplete datasets.
- HRIS administration experience, ideally with Softworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Background in workforce planning, rostering, or operational analytics preferred.
